The tasbih that was used at Sheykh Maulana’s dergah for silent zikir has not been used for a long time at the dergah. Sheykh Maulana gave it to Sheykh Abdul Kerim Efendi to use at the Osmanli Dergahi.

Indeed it is the truth! Apparently they care more about making a few bucks then getting the infinite blessings that are coming from items which belonged to Sultan al-Awliya!
Alhamdulilah so many of the relics of the Holy Prophet (sws) havent fallen into their hands because im sure they would have no problem auctioning them off to the highest paying yahudi

That auction money went to orphans in Indonesia. La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah. You may not understand what Shaykh Hisham is doing but don’t forget he’s the grandson of Prophet (saw), son-in-law of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim. You don’t have to understand everything.

When will the bickering between the murids of Shaykh Abdul Kerim and Shaykh Hisham stop? Why can’t both groups go to Mawlana Shakh Nazim and sort things out before Allah Most High takes Mawlana to a better world.
At last, the voice of reason!! I agree with Br. Ali, this is getting ridiculous now. It is high time that both groups went to Maulana Shaykh Nazim and sorted this out. It is splitting up and damaging the Tariqa. I don’t know what’s worse, that it is being done on the internet for everyone to see our dirty laundry, or that people will use our behaviour to judge Maulana by and say this is what this Shaykhs’ murids do etc. etc. Don’t we have any shame anymore? (I speak to myself first before others).

The thing with fitnah is that it keeps getting wider when those afflicted by it insist on pointing blame. The only remedy is to make istighfar, and drop it. Drop it. Drop it. It is a veil to your heart from reaching Allah.
And yes, this looks very bad to outsiders. I’ve chatted with a number of mureeds from different tariqas, and there’s a pretty strong consensus that something is fishy with the Haqqanis. That doesn’t mean that it is actually true, but the perception is there. May Allah forgive us all and make us love each other as Muslims.

People can think what they like about us, but I think they should also know we represent truth, part of it is defending the innocent when attacked. Part of it is defending the Holy Prophet (AS) and those who represent him. Anyone who attacks any of their personalities are worth nothing to us.
Those who sit idly by while Haqq is under assault, their lot is with those who abandoned Hazrati Ali (R).
Those who join in the assault and give excuses to the assaulter, their lot is with the Yazidis.

i keep reading people saying “leave it alone”, “drop it”, and telling people to stop responding to the fitnah. And yet these same people are not saying “Sh Kabbani, please stop your attacks” or “mureeds of Sh Kabbani, please stop justifying his attacks”. Only they tell those who are speaking the truth and shedding light on the attacks that they should be silent. So they must be in support of the attacks and the one attacking. They are not begging him to be silent! SubhanAllah! Who is making a perception of fishiness in the tariqa? Who is it that speaks vile and continues to publicly present his slander and lies. But some people will not even suggest that it is he who should stop speaking? He is free to continue speaking and it is the rest who should be silent? SubhanAllah. Whoa to the Muslim who supports such hypocrisy. Whoa to the Muslim whose pride tells him/her that he/she can advise people to silence the truth but does not also advise the liars to refrain from their lying. You may think that you are the “good Muslim” but you will also answer to Allah for your words, for what you say and for what you leave unsaid. It is more fitting that you should remain silent if you believe others should be silent. But once you speak, you are telling for all to see who you support. SubhanAllah.

There was nothing aggressive in anything i said, but your words are aggressive (including telling people to “shut up”). More than that, Sh Kabbani is the one being aggressive and if you cannot say that his aggression is wrong and speak for justice then you should at least not speak at all. Yet you keep coming back telling everyone else to shut up… SubhanAllah. You are proving yourself a liar and a hypocrite. Blearly you do “have a dog in this” and we can all see which dog it is by who you try to silence… Please do go back to your dhikr and stop telling other people not to speak of what you think you should speak on with no knowledge.

1st and fore most, Masya Allah to them who was able to touch the blessed tasbih. Verily, with the tasbih, it will serve as a wasilah to show us who is on the Haq!
They are slandering Seyh Abdul Kerim by saying he makes mistakes in Fatiha and Ikhlas. this is a very heavy slender. nothing like these should come out of a Khalifa’s mouth, yet alone a Seyh or a mureed.
the fitna continues but it’s losing it’s venom – did you see the latest (video) where he attacks SE with being a lunatic, not knowing Shariat, not knowing even how to recite fatiha or ikhlas…where in the holy Shariah does it permit slander? these people have no sense of shame or irony
Allah Allah, Seyh Effendi doesnt know Shariat? Maybe Sh Kabbani is a scholar, an eminent scholar in Shariat as what he is always introduced as when he speaks in Singapore, with his qualifications here and there, but if such slanders are made by him then i guess it all goes back to square one. No point having such qualification, no point.
Sh Kabbani also made a statement about being “family” before having the permission to speak about being khalifah. So now caliphate of seyh Mevlana is based on genealogy rather than merit? then this is a rather big hypocrisy, because Seyh Mevlana’s own son is not mentioned as Khalifa in their websites. i dont think they also regard them as khalifa so to speak.

to posts #16 and 17, a someone outside the haqqani tariqa, I understand the feeling of thinking something is about the haqqani. While I may not agree with certain beliefs you all hold, I can say you guys are authentic. It is only because of my personal friendships with many of Sh. Effendi’s mureeds here in VA-MD area that I know this. You guys are genuine are very big on adab and the first to truly recognize when one is lowly and need of spiritual cleansing and dhikr.
What sh. Hisham is doing is outright absurd. It honestly makes no sense. I truly think both groups need to go see Sh. Nazim. Not that Sh. Effendi is in the wrong because he is in the right and hasn’t said anything negative, I just think sitting together and some of the mureeds sitting together will be a great benefit and spiritual healing to both groups. and in the end they are of the same tariqa and are Muslim. May Allah SWT grant us success in this life and the next. Amin

Our Sheykh Abdul Kerim Hazretleri tells us, that for so many Muslims in this akhiruz-zaman, Islam is a GAME.
Most Muslims today are woefully cut off from sheykhs, evliyah – the inheritors of holy Prophet . They don’t know what real Sheykhs are, nor do we fully understand their value & reality. And we can never hope to, unless we run to them, learn from them, and come in their presence with an empty cup.
We as murids are obeying Allah’s commands to ‘Be with the saliheen,’ and to “Follow those, who ask you no fee.” We know this, because our Sheykh is teaching this, and from a sincere thirst to live what we learn, insha’Allah we may *taste* that reality.
That is how the Sahaba-ekram were, in the midst of holy Prophet .
The Hakkani way traces back to Hazret Abu Bakr Siddik . As Yursil says, this way is representing Hakk. This is not a slogan. Those who are defending it sincerely, they know the reality.
It is as sqaurely as Yursil said:
“Those who sit idly by while Haqq is under assault, their lot is with those who abandoned Hazrati Ali (R).

Visitors to this blog might be confused or morbidly interested in these comments. Some may think the Hakkanis are in need of urgent public relations. Others may suggest how this should be handled by the sheykhs and Sheykh Maulana. Many just want their two cents included.
And for those who in reality act as though Islam were a game or religious pastime, this will all be an emotional atmosphere that is in dire need of “conflict resolution,” as they see fit.
Slander is beyond absurdity. Slander against a friend of Allah is an enormous sin, and brings divine wrath to those who dare utter it.
To those who cannot fathom that tarikats have their own politics, it may not make sense. But we live in times where Muslims think tarikats are merely a negotiable Islamic lifestyle, on par with Salafism, Wahhabism, and other options “on the table.” And that prudence dictates that we “unite” with the very enemies of Islam, that have cut us off from the Sunnat of Allah’s Last Prophet to mankind .
Our Sheykh, Abdul Kerim Hazretleri (ra), constantly tells us, that Islam is not a game, but a lifestyle.
When will the dogs stop playing their games, and become loyal servants?
