BismillahirRahmanirRahim
Salamu'alaykum,

What I know is that Hamid Alghar is a shia. And a casual reading of Naqshbandi history by western sources demonstrates they were bastions against Shia heresy. We will have to wait and see what the result will be.

Assalaamu alaikum Yursil,

I've heard from a reliable source that Hamid Algar has published (or is working on?) a title on the history of the Naqshabandiyya. Do you know anything about this?
