		<description>I wouldn&#039;t call the salafi movement bi polar. It&#039;s more like obsessive compulsive personality disorder, with a big dose of vaknin thrown in . They are way too concerned with control and details to be any kind of mood disorder.  Besides no true bi polar person would be caught dead in the company of religious fanatics who punish others for fun . The bi-polar people would be their first victims .</description>
